Certainly not every job needs such a high Ph product to get it clean. Hot Knife does the job 90% of the time for me. Yet where heal marks and ground in dirt is heavy, this is my go-to product. Personally, I do not care for the smell, and the hand of the glue down carpet does not feel as nice as with Hot Knife, but most customers never feel the carpet after cleaning.

My major complaint about encapsulating cleaning with VacAway products is, apart from the spills that people make, it takes so long to re-soil that the customers often hesitate and delay cleaning!

Unfortunately the fumes from using the product made me feel light headed and generally not well. I won’t be using this again.
